Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Our team will bring the inflatable and set up! You will direct them to where you would like the inflatable and they will determine the best position. For all inflatable rentals, we supply electrical cords for the blowers, ensuring a hassle-free setup. We will need access to a suitable outlet. In the case of water rentals, in addition to the electrical, we also require access to  exterior water spigots.

Our team will arrive that evening or the next afternoon to take down the rental. We ask that the rental be inflated upon arrival for inspection and clean up. We will remove the inflatable, any tarps, and retrieve our hoses and electrical outlets and any other equipment that was rented. 

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Our inflatables are designed for children to enjoy. No animals are allowed on our inflatables. All shoes should be removed before entering the inflatable. Also, remove glasses, jewelry, belts and any other metal objects. No silly string, drinks, frozen treats or food is allowed in or on the inflatables. 

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Grass is the most desired surface, however we can also set up on other flat areas such as a driveway. A different system to secure the inflatable will need to be used and may be an additional charge. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the case of inclement weather  A Jump Above Party Rentals CSRA reserves the right to cancel due to the following conditions:

1. A forecast of significant rainfall during the rental period.

2. A forecast of wind speeds exceeding 15 mph.

3. A  threat for severe weather including thunderstorms or tornado watches.

4. A forecast of below 40 degrees at any point during the rental period (Including set up and pick up). 

While we closely monitor weather conditions, in our area pop up thunderstorms are likely to occur in the afternoons in the summer. Due to the safety of your guests as well as our rental equipment, in the event of an afternoon pop up thunderstorm, all inflatables must be deflated until the threat of severe weather has passed. This includes unplugging your blower(s) from the outlet source. Do not allow anyone on or around the inflatable during a storm. 

If the threat of severe weather impacting safety causes us to cancel your event entirely, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. 

We understand things happen. Please let us know asap if your event date is changed or cancelled. Any cancellations prior to 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded. If your event date has changed, it is possible the inflatable originally selected may not be available for the new date. Please contact us if any changes need to be made.
